How long have you been in business?
We've been providing daycare, boarding, and grooming for dogs for 16 years!
What is your primary product or service?
We're most known for our daycare with large running areas outside and roomy indoor playrooms with a separate area for little, disabled, and elderly dogs.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I read an article in a magazine about a daycare in New York and was fascinated by the idea. I found a partner and we learned how to train dogs and read many books about dog language and behavior and also attended workshops by Patricia McConnell. Previously, I was a Child and Family Therapist for 17 yrs. Both of us have lots of experience with our own dogs over the years.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have 2 very large grassy areas that the dogs love to run - even the little dogs get up speed in their yard.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Only 1 location.

From Appleton, head WEST on Wisconsin; turn RIGHT onto Co GV (across from Fox River Mall entrance); turn LEFT onto SILVERSPRING DR; turn at 1st Driveway on LEFT and continue to end and front of building.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, Check, Credit Cards VISA, MC, and Discover.

Whole Fox Valley.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Paula Pine and Joanna McKenzie.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open 365 days a year. Open 6:30am to 6:30pm Monday thru Friday. On Weekends and Holidays -- 7:00am - 4:00pm and again from 7:00pm - 9:00pm.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
My dog loves to come here!
